I, the undersigned "Performer," hereby grant Paramount Performing Arts ("PPA") and its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, and subcontractors the irrevocable permission to use my name, image, likeness, voice, or voice likeness (collectively referred to as "NIL"). This permission extends to various forms of media, including but not limited to:

• Promotional videos

• Social media posts

• Use on the PPA website

• Use in press releases and other promotional materials

• Emails

I also grant PPA the right to sublicense my NIL to any and all promotional partners, including, but not limited to, Winterguard International or any sponsorship affiliates that PPA may have, either presently or in the future.

By signing this Media Release, I acknowledge and agree that I am relinquishing any and all rights to inspect such images now or in the future. I also understand that I do not have final approval over any posts that may involve the distribution of my NIL. Furthermore, I waive any and all rights to any compensation associated with the distribution of my NIL as described herein.

Additionally, I hereby waive any and all rights I may have, to the fullest extent permitted by law, both now and in the future, with respect to the right to request deletion under any and all state privacy laws. This includes, but is not limited to, the California Privacy Protection Act, the California Privacy Rights Act, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, the Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act, the Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act, the Tennessee Information Protection Act, the Montana Consumer Data Protection Act, and the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act.
